The item* applied for exchange shall be brought to the store or be applied for exchange online on email@example.com along with the original receipt or proof of the purchase.
The Exchange policy lasts for 7 days. We do not offer exchange after 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item should match the following criteria:
- It must be unused.
- It must be brought to the store in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, can’t be exchanged.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange, we only offer exchange on regular priced items.
Any exchange within Pakistan is processed free of cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your geographical location, the time for an exchanged product to reach may vary with each customer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether or not your refund is approved.
If you are approved, then your reimbursement will be processed, and a code will be sent which can be used on www.caanchi.com to shop any product/products within a similar price range.
